Here’s an aerial view of Vaskol’s very first power plant, on the brink of completion – a 2MW solar photovoltaic facility situated in Poland’s Lower Silesia region. This represents a significant milestone for NICL and its joint venture partner, Hydrogen2, after a roller coaster two years of development, procurement and financing amid a very difficult macroeconomic environment.
The engineering, procurement, and construction were undertaken by Skoda Praha a.s., incorporating JA Solar modules and Huawei Sun 2000 inverters. Our wider portfolio of some 15MW+ of ready to build projects, are expected to be commissioned by the end of 2024, with a further 40MW+ earmarked to start construction in 2025.
